Postage + handling + pickups

Our postage costs are outlined below:

• $9.95 flat rate for standard shipping
  (except keepsake boxes and large (50cm +) name signs which are $16.95 to post, and crates which are $12.95 to post)
• $13.95 flat rate Express

We ship via Australia Post.

We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care too. 

In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

 

Pickups

As our home workshop is further away now, a local business - SP Events at Smeaton Grange - has kindly allowed contactless pickups from her warehouse door in Smeaton Grange (2 doors down from where we used to be!).

We will place your orders in the grey tub outside her door 24 hours after we complete your order, Monday to Friday.

Please ensure you wait the 24 hours (Monday to Friday) after receiving the pickup email before heading down to SP Events Smeaton Grange to collect your order, to allow us time to get it there for you.

Pickup is contactless and unmonitored, available between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday. This tub isn't locked or monitored so please keep that in mind.
