Postage + handling + pickups (no longer offering)

Our postage costs are outlined below:

• $8.95 flat rate for standard shipping
  (except keepsake boxes and large (50cm +) name signs which are $16.95 to post, and crates which are $12.95 to post)
• $13.95 flat rate Express

We ship via Australia Post.

We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care too. 

In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

 

Pickups

We no longer offer pickup as we have moved the business from our warehouse. We take parcels to the post daily and have reduced postage to $8.95 for a short while to accommodate the change for our wonderful customers.
