Thank you for choosing us to create something special for you. We truly appreciate it. Please read the below regarding our process and products:
1. Lead time. Our lead time is 7-10 business days before dispatch. They are often completed much faster though. All our products are made to order, whether they are personalised or generic and they are made with a lot of love and care. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you need something ASAP, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to organise this for you.
2. Delicate items. We source top quality material for our products, but a lot of them are fragile and/or have small pieces. Please take care when handling and hanging our products, and keep out of reach of children. Please do not hang anything above cots. Please ensure you cake take inserting and removing cake toppers.
3. Pickup. Yes, we offer local pickup from Harrington Park. Please contact us for the discount code to use to waive postage
4. Payment. We ask that all orders are paid for before we begin the design and production process please.
5. Afterpay. Yes we offer Afterpay! There is no minimum spend for using Afterpay with our store.
6. Colours. In acrylic, we stock clear, white, grey, matte black, gloss black, baby pink, baby blue, lilac, Tiffany blue, grape, gold mirror, silver mirror, rose gold mirror (our rose gold is quite a pink tone) and blue mirror. If you are looking for a particular product colour please get in touch, as our supplier has a range of colours that we can source.
7. Refund policy. Due to our products being custom made, we do not offer refunds. If we have made an error (let’s face it, human error happens!) or there is an issue with your item, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our absolute best to help you and replace the item if necessary.
